ROTK XI Multiplayer

Found a way to play multiplayer over internet on ROTK XI !!

The setup is very very simple, you need:

A) 2 pcs (obviously)
B) 2 internet connections (obviously...)

C) Download the free edition of teamviewer (even a donkey can operate it)

D) Install on both computers teamviewer, and launch it on both computers.

E) Launch on the first computer the game in windowed mode and wait until you are presented with the game initial menu.

F) Log on the first computer through the second using the teamviewer interface.

G) And that's it, you are witnessing today a new era in the first real internet hotseat mode !. Tried it out between both my 2 computers and it worked smoothly. There is a very very small possibility that the connection switched to LAN instead of internet, but I think I managed to disable LAN.

F) The game on acting as guest was surprisingly fast, as If you had the game on its own.

G) just take your turn when the first player ends it, and vice versa

and VOILA ! enjoy.

I know I am am awesame. As Poo says "there is no charge for awesomness", (and no im not 12 years old.)

Will give a more detailed tutorial once I have tried with my brother tomorrow or during the week.

If you are not satisfied with this workaround then you have a mental problem.

Be careful though I did not think through the potential security issues this can have while playing with strangers
